Depth of field

In the last lesson we worked on depth of field, shallow and a larger depth. We turned our aperture when the shutter speed changes it's self so on lower number the image becomes blurred and on a bigger number the number are more in focus than out.

In the first photograph Beth is further in to the background rather than Jenelle who is nearer the front. The depth of field in this is deeper than the other two. Also Jenelle is shadowed so this automatically makes her the main focus.

the second photograph shows that Jenelle is the focus of the photograph because the depth of the field is shallower. Beth is now out of focus making the main focus Jenelle.
